The Vintage Tunina Venezia Giulia IGT from Jermann winery is a white wine that captures the essence of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region with mastery and sophistication. First produced in 1975 by Silvio Jermann, this label quickly earned a prestigious place in the international wine scene for its extraordinary complexity and elegance.
The Vintage Tunina is primarily made from Sauvignon and Chardonnay grapes, with small additions of Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia Istriana, and Picolit, which contribute to creating a symphony of distinctive aromas and flavors. The manual harvest and the choice to ferment the must in stainless steel tanks, followed by a maturation period on the fine lees, endow this wine with a unique character.
Visually, the Vintage Tunina presents a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, it offers a rich and complex bouquet with notes of ripe fruit such as peaches and apricots, enhanced by nuances of honey and white flowers, as well as a slight touch of vanilla.
