The Vintage Tunina Venezia Giulia IGT from the renowned Jermann winery is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious and captivating white wines of the region. Created by the innovative vision of Silvio Jermann, who revolutionized the way of producing white wine in Friuli, this wine is a skillfully balanced blend of several grape varieties, primarily Sauvignon and Chardonnay, with touches of Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia, and Picolit.

The uniqueness of the Vintage Tunina lies in its ability to combine complexity and drinkability. It features an intensely aromatic bouquet on the nose, with fruity notes of peach and ripe apple, alongside hints of honey and vanilla, derived from partial fermentation in French oak barriques. This aging phase gives the wine an elegant structure and an aromatic complexity that captivates from the first sip.

On the palate, the Vintage Tunina surprises with its richness and complexity, maintaining a perfect balance between fresh acidity and a rich palette of flavors that reflect the nose. The texture is velvety, with a long and lingering finish that leaves traces of delicate fruity and spicy notes.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine pairs beautifully with sophisticated fish dishes, white meats, and aged cheeses. It is also a wine that can defy time, evolving magnificently with aging, revealing new flavor nuances that make it increasingly intriguing.

Serving the Jermann Vintage Tunina at a temperature of 10-12°C allows for full appreciation of its range of aromas and its splendid structure. A wine that is sure to impress connoisseurs and lovers of high-quality white wine.
