Villa Bokè winery, renowned for its prestigious production in the heart of Lombardy, presents an excellence from its assortment: the Franciacorta Rosé Brut Millesimato DOCG. This sparkling wine, the result of a meticulous selection of the finest Pinot Nero (85%) and Chardonnay (15%) grapes, offers a unique sensory experience, the result of at least 30 months of aging on the lees in the bottle.
Visually, it boasts a bright pink color and a fine, persistent perlage, features that anticipate the complexity and elegance of its bouquet. On the nose, the Franciacorta Rosé Brut Millesimato unveils a seductive aromatic range with notes of small red fruits, particularly strawberry and raspberries, along with slight hints of bread crust and floral nuances reminiscent of rose.
On the palate, its freshness is balanced by a pleasant creaminess that makes the taste harmoniously enjoyable. The acidity is well balanced and leads to a long, clean finish, rich in fruity references and a light spicy note.
