Gradisca is a premium low-fermented blonde lager, produced with spring water, barley malt from southern Italy (Pilsner and three different varieties of special malt), and hops from the Cooperativa Luppoli Italiani, mainly Cascade.
Bright gold in colour. When poured, it releases a fine, compact and rather persistent white foam. The nose perceives pleasant hints of tobacco, dry grass and hay, with aromas of yellow fruit and pleasant sensations of lightly biscuited malt. A beer that has a particular "fizz", the body is light and the typical taste of barley, with a balsamic honey aroma that gives it a great freshness and a moderate bitterness.
An extremely clean lager beer ideal as an aperitif but also excellent to be enjoyed at any time of the day. Perfect with pizza, cold cuts and fresh or medium-aged cheeses. Pleasant with grilled fish and shrimp and squid skewers.
