The territory from which our Prosecco DOC comes extends in the hills of the province of Treviso, in the DOC production area and covers a set of territories that follow one another from the plain up to the Venetian heights. From here comes a fragile and generous vine: the Glera, delicately tended by hand, due to the nature of the steep, steep and difficult terrain in which it lives. This grape transformed into wine takes the famous name of Prosecco, one of the most drunk wines in the world. Delicate aromas and refined flavors that arise from the perfect symbiosis between a mild microclimate, strengthened by a remarkable temperature range and an ancient soil, rich in limestone and clay, originating from the lifting of the seabed.
In the glass it has a bright straw yellow color. The nose is intoxicated by aromas rich in citrus and floral notes, which are accompanied by a pleasant note of bread crust. On the palate it stands out immediately a beautiful and lively gustatory energy that accompanies the sapidity and freshness of a dry and harmonious wine, with an average persistent fruity scent.
This goblet is very versatile and goes wonderfully with the whole meal; however, it is combined with vegetable and seafood appetizers, even elaborate ones, seafood and baked fish dishes that give all its goodness and taste to be savoured.
