Prosecco DOC Black Label is a lively bubbly with a light and pleasant taste, obtained with delicately pressed Glera grapes, then fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Refine in autoclave for a period of 3 months.
With a straw yellow color with greenish reflections it is presented in the glass. The bouquet it gives off is delicate and persuasive, particularly fruity and floral. The taste is dry, harmonious and sapid from the first sip, which closes with a finish with a slightly mineral aftertaste.
An extremely versatile bubbly, whose sweetness allows it to be served on many occasions: from the classic aperitif to impromptu lunches and dinners with friends.
