"Base" wine obtained from grapes pressed and cryomacerated according to the Gianfranco Follador Method, followed by careful fermentation. The second fermentation is obtained in an autoclave according to the Charmat method with regular fermentation followed by a long rest on the yeasts at 0°.
In the glass it has a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. A harmonious and seductive bouquet of orange blossom aromas with fruity aromas of golden apple, pear and almond totally seduce the olfactory sense. On the palate it demonstrates a good structure and the right balance of flavor and freshness.
A sweet and versatile bubble, which at the table goes very well with appetizers, light first courses, fish-based dishes, white meats and medium-long matured cheeses. All that remains is to toast and fully enjoy its goodness.
