Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Corderìe di Astoria is born in vineyards located on the rolling hills of Valdobbiadene, in the province of Treviso.
It is obtained from pure Glera grapes, harvested and selected only by hand in the months of September and October. After the classic white vinification processes, the sparkling process takes place according to the Charmat Method, through refermentation in an autoclave for 25-30 days, with a refinement in the bottle for a few weeks, before being put on the market.
Corderìe is characterized by a pale straw yellow color and a minute and persistent perlage. It opens on the nose with characteristic and decisive aromas of yellow fruit. On the palate it is harmonious and pleasantly acidulous.
Perfect to accompany fish-based dishes in general, this bubble is recommended with delicate appetizers and delicious aperitifs.
