Produced by fermentation and maceration for about 8-10 days with indigenous yeasts and a short maceration in contact with the pomace. Subsequently, to structure the wine, it is aged in wood for about 12 months.
It has an intense red color and violet reflections. The 12-month long refinement gives the Berbera hints of dried fruit and balsamic notes. To move on to the sip with a full and round body that is very elegant and long thanks to the remarkable acidity.
