The Scaia Rosso Corvina Veneto IGT is a true enological gem produced by the renowned Tenuta Sant'Antonio. This elegant red wine originates from the gentle hills of Veneto, where the clayey-calcareous soils give the wine a unique structure deeply rooted in the local terroir.
Made exclusively with Corvina grapes, one of the most prestigious varieties in Veneto, Scaia Rosso stands out for its intensely fruity and floral aromatic profile. On the nose, it opens with vibrant notes of cherries and red berries, enriched by hints of violet and a light spiciness. On the palate, the wine is soft and well-balanced, with a pleasant freshness that invites another sip.
The winemaking process involves cold maceration to enhance the primary aromas of the grapes, followed by fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the freshness and authenticity of the fruit. After fermentation, the wine briefly matures in used wooden barrels, which complement the structure without overpowering the varietal character.
