The grape harvest takes place from mid-October. After the collection, it follows delicate pressing, followed by maceration for about 10 days. After racking, the wine rests in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (20°C) to then complete the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. The wine is then decanted and subsequently bottled and aged in the bottle for at least 3 months.
A wine that stands out in the glass for its ruby red colour. The sense of smell is inebriated by the fruity aromas of blackberries and blueberries, which intersect with light floral hints of violet. On the palate it is harmonious, full and enveloping.
A wine that from the first sip is soft and with the right degree of persistence. At the table it is excellent in combination with medium-aged cheeses, first courses with meat sauces and white or red meat dishes.
