The grape harvest takes place in the first half of September. After the collection, it follows delicate pressing and racking, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature (18°C) for about 12 days. The wine is then decanted and bottled and aged in the bottle for a short time.
A wine that stands out in the glass for its straw yellow color with slight golden reflections. Its bouquet, characterized by aromas of white fruit, peach, apple and exotic fruits, seduces the nose.
A white that immediately denotes great freshness and persistence on the palate, with a long finish with fruity returns. An intense and highly drinkable glass that goes perfectly with fish-based dishes, risottos, white meats, legume soups on the table.
