The Fina winery has been able to skilfully vinify the pure grapes of an interesting vine, the traditional Perricone. A red berried bunch, which originates precisely in western Sicily and gives elegant and rich wines, products that match the more traditional reds made with the most noble international vines. A great product with rare organoleptic olfactory properties, from the territory of origin. The harvest takes place at the end of September and the wine is vinified exclusively in steel, with aging in the bottle.
When poured, it shows a ruby red color of good intensity. The olfactory profile includes intense spicy scents, where juniper and black pepper prevail, with fruity aromas of morello cherries and plum and cherry jams, and vegetal hints in the background. The sip is elegant, on a solid and soft tannic base, and long persistence on the palate.
Perfect in combination with semi-mature cheeses and medium-bodied sausages, first and second courses based on meat in general.
