"Heos" is mainly produced from native grapes, such as Negroamaro and Primitivo, which are an expression of the wine-growing richness of Salento.
Visually, it has an intense and deep red color, with violet reflections that highlight its liveliness.
In the mouth, it reveals a rich and enveloping structure, with soft and well-integrated tannins that support its broad flavor texture.
Ideal in combination with Mediterranean cuisine, meat dishes, mature cheeses and traditional Apulian recipes, it is also an excellent meditation wine, which invites reflection on the richness and diversity of the Salento wine-growing landscape.
