Notes citrus and floral, with a strong and savory taste. Between one sip and another it knows how to enchant.
Produced through a white vinification, with a soft pressing that is not too aggressive and a fermentation in purity. Subsequently, there is a second fermentation and natural fermentation in an autoclave for about 50 days at a controlled temperature. This then brings the wine to a greater structure and body.
With a classic straw yellow color and greenish reflections, as soon as it is poured it is characterized by a bright and lively foam.
Fruity, with distinct hints of the sweetest golden apple, white-fleshed peach and hints of citron. On the palate it is decisive and sapid with an excellent persistent and harmonious acid-tannic balance.
