This Valpolicella Superiore, under the "Ventale" label, is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes, which after adequate maturation, are carefully vinified and refined to enhance the richness and complexity of the blend.
Of a deep and inviting ruby red colour, the Ventale opens on the nose with an intensely aromatic bouquet, where notes of cherry, berries and a subtle hint of sweet spices stand out, the legacy of a skilful passage in wood which helps to define its profile olfactory without overpowering the freshness of the fruit.
On the palate, it reveals an elegant and harmonious structure. The balance between acidity and tannins is finely calibrated, supporting a medium body that unfolds in a soft and enveloping texture. Ripe red fruit flavors blend with vanilla accents and a touch of leather, highlighting the complexity and depth of the wine, finishing with a lingering and rewarding finish.
