This sparkling rosé is mainly made from Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes, carefully harvested and selected. The wine exhibits a bright pink color, symbolizing youth and vitality. On the nose, Miravento surprises with its sophisticated notes of strawberry, raspberry, and a light floral fragrance reminiscent of rose and wisteria, enriched by a subtle hint of yeast due to the short fermentation in bottle.
