A pure Ribolla Gialla grown in the hilly areas of the Sottomonte Estate, in the Municipality of Buttrio, in the province of Udine. The soil is made up of a predominantly marly and clayey structure, which allows the grapes to reach perfect ripeness. The vinification is carried out in the traditional way in white, with fermentation at a controlled temperature to facilitate the development of the primary aromas. Maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks, remaining "sur lies" until the bottling phase where it remains for a few months.

The glass has a beautiful straw yellow color; inebriates the olfactory sense with pleasant and fine, pleasantly fresh floral scents. On the palate it reveals a pleasant acidity, making the wine pleasant with a marked ability to enhance the fruity scents, in particular of green apple.

Perfect as an aperitif, also excellent with simple fish appetizers and white meat-based main courses.
