The Riesling Trentino DOC from the prestigious Pojer & Sandri winery represents an excellence in the production of white wines in Trentino-Alto Adige. This wine is the result of careful selection of Riesling grapes, grown in the cold valleys of this mountainous region, which are ideal for producing wines with a strong and distinctive character.

This Riesling is distinguished by its straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, which anticipate the freshness found on the palate. On the nose, it offers an intensely aromatic scent, with notes of green apple, white peach, citrus, and a subtle mineral trace reminiscent of flint. These olfactory characteristics are perfectly integrated with floral touches and a slight hint of hydrocarbon, typical of high-quality Rieslings that have developed some complexity.

In the mouth, the wine reveals a well-balanced structure, where the lively acidity harmonizes with a decent sapidity. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a pleasant sensation of freshness accompanied by a slight bitter note that stimulates drinking.

Pojer & Sandri's Riesling Trentino DOC is ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, seafood, spicy Asian cuisine, or fresh cheeses. Its elegance and complexity make it perfect for special occasions or as a refined gift for wine lovers.

Serve chilled, between 6 and 8°C, to fully appreciate the range of its aromatic and taste nuances. This wine also has excellent aging potential, thanks to its acidity and structure, which will allow it to evolve and enrich over the coming years.
