Produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, obtained from cuveè aged in wood and aged for 24 months on its own lees in the bottle.
A beautiful fresh and dynamic perlage, smells of small red fruits, citrus fruits and on the finish it refers to the crust of bread thanks to its long aging.
Antique rose in the glass, with a lively bubble that invites drinking. Naturally it goes well with fresh and simple dishes such as fish-based dishes, but the Pinot Noir part also recalls the pairing with meat courses.
