In a small and selected vineyard in Col San Martino they harvest the grapes for this highly appreciated sparkling wine.
Produced through white vinification, with soft pressing that is not too aggressive and pure fermentation. Subsequently we move on to a secondary fermentation and natural fermentation in an autoclave for approximately 60 days at a controlled temperature. This then brings the wine to a greater structure and body.
With a classic straw yellow color and greenish reflections, as soon as it is poured it is characterized by a brilliant and luminous foam.
Fruity, with distinct hints of apple, pear and apricot mixed with complex floral hints of rose and wisteria which complete the aromatic bouquet. On the palate it is crunchy, savory and balanced between sweetness and freshness.
Of great fragrance and freshness with sugary residues.
