An all-Italian extra virgin olive oil, which brings all the flavor and aromas of Sicilian nocellara to the tables. Drupes ripened in the sun of Belice and Messina. A medium fruity oil, also awarded in ExtraLucca with the recognition of the "Golden Maestri Crown".
At the sight it appears of an intense green color. On the nose medium/intense fruity aromas rise, with hints of green tomato leaf and floral aromas. The taste is delicate, slightly bitter with a balanced spiciness.
Perfect in all cooked dishes, but it is exquisite raw on salads and all dishes in general.
