This wine represents one of the highest expressions of the Pedro Ximénez style, famous for its incredible sweetness and depth of taste.
Produced exclusively from Pedro Ximénez grapes, carefully selected and left to raisin in the sun to concentrate their sugars, this Sherry undergoes a long aging process following the solera method. The result of this meticulous effort is a wine as dark as ebony, with hints of mahogany.
On the nose, the Riserva Cardenal Cisneros offers an intense aromatic palette: dominant notes of raisin, figs, and molasses blend with touches of chocolate, coffee, and exotic spices, creating a complex and enveloping fragrance.
