A Franciacorta obtained with Chardonnay grapes; Antica Fratta's interpretation is a Franciacorta style rich in citrus notes that elegantly mix with hints of exotic fruits. Without vintage and with a delicate effervescence, maturation in the bottle for at least 12 months as per the disciplinary of Franciacorta DOCG. Characteristic of this Satèn is the more moderate pressure in the bottle which gives it a particular softness.
It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, a decidedly fine perlage and a creamy and soft foam. The olfactory profile is aromatic and intense. The sip is elegant, enveloping and persistent.
It requires a delicate pairing, a bubble that is perfect as an aperitif but also splendidly accompanies dishes based on delicate fish or shellfish.
