The Dorata is a high-fermented beer that gives emotions as soon as it is uncorked. Starting from the nose, this blonde immediately conquers for the fruity notes of ripe yellow pulp fruit deliciously mixed with biscuit and honey aromas. In the glass it has a golden yellow color with a creamy, persistent and white foam. On the palate the spiciness persists and a pleasant and balanced bitterness that leaves a lovable dryness as a finish.
This Tripel-style beer whose strong point is its character, therefore requires important and tasty dishes to give its best. Roasts, grilled meats, meatloaves and prolonged cooking are ideal in combination with this blonde. The same goes for first courses with meat sauce and medium-highly aged cheeses. Even well-topped pizzas find favorable approval with the Dorata up to the combination with baked desserts.
