The Vermentino Blu di Mare DOC from Poggio dei Gorleri is a splendid example of how the Vermentino grape variety can reach its full expression in the Ligurian lands. This refined and elegant white wine comes from the picturesque area of Liguria di Ponente, a region renowned for its charming coast and its ideal climate for viticulture.

In appearance, the Vermentino Blu di Mare showcases a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections that hint at its freshness. On the nose, it stands out for its intensely aromatic bouquet, where notes of white fruits like apple and peach emerge, enriched by elegant floral nuances and a slight touch of aromatic herbs.

On the palate, the wine surprises with its perfect balance between acidity and structure. The freshness is well-supported by a pleasant savoriness that invites another sip. The finish is persistent and clean, with a beautiful mineral vein that reflects the unique terroir of this coastal area.

This Vermentino is ideal to pair with seafood, fish-based dishes, or as a refreshing aperitif. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 8-10°C to fully appreciate its range of aromas and the liveliness of its taste.

The Vermentino Blu di Mare DOC represents an excellent choice for those seeking a wine that combines tradition and freshness, capable of bringing the elegance and character of the Ligurian coastline to the table.
