Susumaniello Rosè Tenuta Serranova is undoubtedly one of the flagship products of the Agricole Vallone company.
It comes from grapes coming from Susumaniello 100% vines, grown on the company's estate near Brindisi, with a bilateral spurred cordon system on limestone-clayey soil with a North-South exposure. The harvest is carried out between the second and third ten days of September. The grapes are subjected to soft destemming and pressing, with fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, without malolactic fermentation. The wine completes its refinement in steel and bottle.
Susumaniello Rosè exudes the typical aromas of the vine, with marked floral and fresh Mediterranean fruit scents. In the mouth the taste is decidedly harmonious and balanced, very fresh and slightly acidic; the high flavor gives pleasant sensations, attenuated by the right percentage of glycerin which balances a significant alcohol concentration. In the mouth it can be absolutely enveloping and pleasant, especially very fresh in summer.
It pairs perfectly with all the tasty fish-based dishes of the Mediterranean tradition or with raw seafood dishes.
