Le Due Arbie is vinified with a classic cold process, for its production grapes from vines are used: Trebbiano 60%, Malvasia 20%, Sauvignon 10%, Chardonnay 10%.
After destemming, we proceed to a soft pressing to extract only noble must rich in aromas. Indigenous yeasts are inoculated for fermentation, followed by aging in stainless steel for a period of three months.
An enthusiastic and exuberant wine like the young ones, but which does not lose its sense of proportion, demonstrating an optimal taste-olfactory balance. A product dedicated to those who love the contemporary and always fresh, both as an aperitif and after dinner.
It sports a beautiful bright straw yellow colour. Intense fruity hints of white peach, apple and pineapple arrive on the nose. On the palate it is extremely fresh and pleasantly mineral, very balanced.
It goes perfectly with white meats and fish, it goes well with sushi.
