The Querciabella winery also extends its oenological mastery to white wines with Mongrana Toscana Bianco IGT Maremma, a wine that celebrates the versatility and richness of the Tuscan Maremma terroir through the interpretation of white vines. Although Querciabella is mainly renowned for its extraordinary reds and commitment to organic and biodynamic agriculture, this white demonstrates that their expertise also successfully extends to white wines, maintaining the same level of quality and respect for the land .

Querciabella's white wines are expressions of their terroir, produced with the same rigor and attention to detail as their reds, aiming to highlight the unique characteristics of the vines and the particular climatic and geological conditions of the Maremma.

In creating a white wine, Querciabella would carefully select grapes from vineyards grown according to organic and biodynamic principles, with the aim of achieving a perfect varietal and terroir expression. Winemaking would be conducted with the aim of preserving the aromatic integrity and freshness of the wine, potentially using temperature-controlled fermentations and lees aging to add complexity and texture without overloading the wine with excessive wood notes.

It has a beautiful straw yellow color and an aromatic bouquet that ranges from ripe white pulp fruit, such as peaches and pears, to floral and mineral notes, reflecting the freshness and liveliness of the Maremma terroir. In the mouth, the wine would offer balance between acidity and structure, with flavors that echo the aromatic profile and a clean, refreshing finish.

The wine is ideal as an aperitif or paired with a variety of dishes, from seafood cuisine to more delicate dishes based on fresh vegetables and cheeses, demonstrating the versatility and elegance that Tuscan white wines can offer when they are produced with care and be careful.
