With a deep straw yellow color and an intense fruity aroma of pear and apricot, which frame a fresh and inebriating bouquet on the nose, Montedonico Terenzi winery is born.
A viognier vinified only in steel at a controlled temperature of 18°C without skins for 12 days, with an unusual freshness and minerality that make Terenzi's interpretation of this noble vine and of the Tuscan territory unique.
At the sip it proves to be an enveloping wine that enhances the fruity spectrum of the vine and brings an intense citrus sensation to the palate. A drink that at table Si perfectly accompanies first and second courses based on fish, seafood and non-aged cheeses.
