The grapes of this vine are harvested manually as in the past, and after a short maceration phase, they are delicately pressed.

After malolactic fermentation in 500 l wooden barrels, maturation on the coarse lees follows for 12 months in the large wooden barrel. During this phase, by mixing at regular intervals, the yeasts are kept in suspension. The wine is then stored in steel barrels for a year and subsequently bottled and aged for another 3 months.

This Chardonnay has a golden yellow, intense and brilliant color.

On the nose it releases notes of tropical fruits with fragrant hints of vanilla; while an intense but discreet note of wood stands out on the finish.

On the palate it is all to be discovered. Complex, creamy and voluminous, a well-structured wine with a long mineral finish absolutely to be enjoyed with fish-based dishes, sushi or a simple aperitif.
