Dalis is a white that was born in Trentino from the Endrizzi Winery from a particular blend of native vines: Nosiola, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Wines grown on the estate owned by different areas of Trentino; the Nosiola comes from the Belvedere vineyard, the Chardonnay from the Maso Toldini and Masseto vineyards, and finally the Sauvignon Blanc from the Coveli vineyard. All raised using the traditional Trentino pergola method.
The harvest is done manually, the grapes arrive at the cellar and are softly pressed, then they are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and left to mature for a few months. After bottling it remains in the cellar to refine for a few more months. A wine with a marked Alpine territorial profile with well-defined, "classic" characteristics of mountain wines based on delicate aromas and freshness, and an easy-to-drink sip.
In the glass it appears in a pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Rich in floral scents and alpine herbs, fruity aromas of white pulp fruit and citrus. The taste is decidedly harmonious and fresh, of medium structure, slightly aromatic, with a great cleanliness and a distinct gustatory purity, pleasantly fresh and balanced.
A decidedly successful Cuvée, a young, fragrant and fruity interpretation of the great tradition of Trentino wines. Dalis goes perfectly with seafood appetizers and seafood first and second courses, it is perfect with fresh cheeses, ideal with shellfish and snacks.
