Grappa al Pino Mugo 50cl - Latschenkiefer - Roner is a unique distillate that embodies the genuine spirit of the South Tyrolean mountains, where the dwarf pine grows lushly among the alpine heights. This grappa is made from selected pomace, carefully distilled and subsequently flavored with natural extracts of dwarf pine, giving the final product a fresh and vibrant character.

On the nose, it opens with intense notes of resin, pine needles, and balsamic hints reminiscent of mountain forests, while on the palate it reveals itself to be soft, enveloping, with a pleasant aromatic persistence that recalls the unspoiled nature.

Perfect as a digestif after a rich meal of alpine tradition, this grappa also pairs splendidly with dishes based on game or aged cheeses, enhancing their flavors thanks to its spicy and refreshing nuance. An authentic mountain experience in every sip.

Distillation

Predominant use of discontinuous copper stills; vacuum distillation in the still "Luisa" for certain products; declared double distillation for the rum; maceration for liqueurs.

Ageing

Variable aging: some spirits remain in stainless steel (e.g. certain fruit spirits), others (e.g. R74 Aged) mature for years in wooden barrels; the technique depends on the individual product.
