Pilzer's 3-Year Aged Grappa is a high-quality distillate from the Trentino valleys, a region renowned for its grappa production tradition. Made exclusively from selected pomace of local grape varieties, this grappa is distilled following traditional methods that emphasize respect for raw materials and the environment.
After distillation, the grappa rests for three years in oak barrels allowing it to age harmoniously, enriching it with complex and unique nuances. This long maturation in wood gives the distillate an amber-gold color and enhances its organoleptic characteristics.
On the nose, Pilzer's 3-Year Aged Grappa offers an intense aromatic bouquet, characterized by notes of dried fruit, vanilla, and spicy touches of cinnamon and cloves. On the palate, it is velvety and rich, with an extraordinary complexity of flavors ranging from candied fruit to chocolate, culminating in a long and persistent finish that shows traces of roasting linked to wood aging.
