The Muller Thurgau Trentino of the Endrizzi winery is produced in Faedo and Valle di Cembra, the vineyards are cultivated with a simple traditional pergola and guyot training system.
The harvest is carried out manually, the grapes arrived in the cellar undergo a soft pneumatic pressing followed by fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature on selected yeasts. The refinement, lasting 4 months, is carried out in steel with batonnage.
An excellent still white wine made with 100% Muller Thurgau grapes. At sight it shows its pale straw yellow color with greenish hues. The nose releases delicate fruity and floral aromas, while the sip is dry with a pleasant acidic aftertaste. Long and persistent finish.
Perfect with seafood appetizers, steamed shellfish, sushi, or paired with vegetable risotto and stewed fish.
