100% Pinot Blanc, a variety cultivated in Alto Adige for a century and which has become a reference point for many wineries.
Characterized by an aromatic complexity due to the strong temperature variations between day and night and to the composition of the soil.
It is greatly appreciated for its hints of apple, peach, apricot and pear. On the palate it manifests itself in a convinced way given its acidic and mineral note, making it one of the most appreciated varieties in Trentino.
Suitable mainly for aperitifs, light dishes and fish.
