Another variety of Pinot in purity that of Pinot Grigio produced by the Kossler house. It differs from Pinot Bianco and Nero, with considerably more floral and delicate notes.
Balanced, they are a good sapidity that make it very fresh and velvety on the palate.
More appreciated when served cold during a nice aperitif or a good meal of fish.
Product undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in steel, aging on the lees for 7 days, and no malolactic fermentation.
