Riesling Trentino from the Endrizzi winery is a white wine produced in Masetto, San Michele all'Adige in Trentino. This fresh and mineral label is obtained from 100% Riesling berries from guyot-trained vines in a perfect alpine microclimate, with strong thermal excursions capable of favoring the development and finesse of aromas.
The grapes are harvested manually at full ripeness towards the end of September. Once they arrive in the cellar, the carefully selected bunches are subjected to a delicate de-stemming, with consequent cold maceration of the must for 4/6 hours on their skins. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature, after racking the wine remains in refinement for a few months on its own yeasts, in stainless steel containers with frequent batonnage, after which it will be filtered and bottled.
It shows itself in a straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. Intense fruity hints of fresh fruit such as yellow peach and green apple arrive on the nose, with intense citrus aromas of grapefruit, and floral notes of white and yellow flowers, to close on mineral and spicy hints. In the mouth the taste is lean, decisive and vertical, with a great freshness that makes it very pleasant, with the finesse and elegance of mountain wines.
Ideal paired with seafood appetizers and seafood first and second courses, excellent with fish tartare and fresh cheeses.
