This delicious wine, which owes its name to the peaks surrounding the vineyards from which it is born, has a straw yellow color with light greenish reflections.
In the cellar, vinification and maturation take place in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. This process aims to preserve its distinctive aromatic characteristics intact. As for the scent, the bouquet is aromatic and offers floral notes of yellow rose, accents of white peach and passion fruit, with nuances of green pepper, sage, talc and mountain herbs.
In the mouth, it has a full body and a good consistency, accompanied by a pleasant freshness. The aromatic persistence is remarkable, with a finish that has a pleasant mineral note.
