Pure red wine, among the best known products from the Schiava grape. It almost seems to be a white wine rather than a red one, given its wide range of fruity aromas.
Its fullness and roundness stand out on the palate. Stunning red to try throughout the meal, to taste particular grapes that cannot be grown easily.
Produced by a temperature-controlled vinification in stainless steel, and a malolactic fermentation and maturation in oak barrels. Recommended pairing with first courses or red meat.How to serve
