The Trento DOC Perlé Millesimato Brut from the renowned Ferrari winery represents excellence in the landscape of Italian sparkling wines. This spumante, the result of a meticulous selection of Chardonnay grapes grown on the Trentino mountains, best expresses the region's ability to produce wines of the highest quality. The Perlé Millesimato Brut is celebrated for its refinement and aromatic complexity. After a long aging on the lees, it acquires an elegant bouquet, with notes of green apple, citrus, and a slight hint of bread crust that perfectly blends with a creamy texture and persistent freshness on the palate. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish, and seafood, facilitating a balanced and intensely satisfying tasting experience. Bright in the glass with its straw-yellow hue and fine, inviting pearls, this wine is a prestigious choice for celebrating special occasions.
