The 50&50 Rosso Toscana IGT by Avignonesi is a wine born from an innovative idea and an extraordinary collaboration between two prestigious Tuscan wineries. This wine symbolizes the harmony and perfect balance between grape varieties and production philosophies, from which the name "50&50" derives, indicating an equal division of the grapes coming from each of the two cellars.

Characterized by an intense ruby red shade, the 50&50 stands out for its complexity and olfactory depth. The nose opens with rich notes of ripe red fruit, such as black cherry and plum, followed by elegant accents of sweet spices, vanilla and a light touch of tobacco and chocolate, the result of careful maturation in barrique.

On the palate, the wine reveals its extraordinary richness and structure, with a velvety tannic texture that envelops the palate. The balance between acidity and alcohol is impeccable, contributing to a sensation of roundness and softness that leads to a long and persistent finish, where the fruity and spicy notes intertwine in a harmonious embrace.

The 50&50 Rosso Toscana IGT is a wine of great expression, which reflects the passion and commitment of the Avignonese cellars in the pursuit of uncompromising quality. It is ideal in combination with intense and structured dishes, such as red meats, game, truffle-based dishes and mature cheeses.
