The Extra Brut Rosé Millésime Grand Cru by Juillet Lallement is an extraordinary example of rosé champagne that celebrates the winemaking excellence of the Champagne region. This sparkling rosé cuvée stands out for its limited production and the rigorous selection of grapes from Grand Cru classified vineyards, ensuring a superior quality and an exclusive tasting experience.

Its color is a soft and delicate pink, with reflections ranging from coral to salmon, illuminated by a fine and persistent perlage that attests to its excellent craftsmanship. On the nose, the Extra Brut Rosé Millésime reveals an incredible complexity of aromas that include notes of fresh strawberries, ripe raspberries, and a light hint of sweet spices such as vanilla and cinnamon, thanks to the firm concentration of Pinot Noir in its cuvées.

On the palate, it demonstrates a balanced structure and an irresistible acidic freshness, accompanied by a medium body and a creamy texture that blend into a long and satisfying finish. The harmonious flavors of red fruits combine with nuances of brioche bread and toasted almond, due to the long period of maturation on the lees.

This champagne is ideal for accompanying special occasions, perfect for refined appetizers or fish-based dishes, and extraordinary as an aperitif. Its rare combination of strength and elegance makes it a must for champagne lovers seeking a distinctive and memorable product.

The Extra Brut Rosé Millésime Grand Cru by Juillet Lallement represents a prestigious choice for those wishing to add a touch of elegance and exclusivity to their cellar or during a celebratory event.

Winery history
The Juillet-Lallement house was established at the beginning of the 20th century through a collaboration between Paul and Arthur Lallement and René Juillet, who registered the collective name R. JUILLET P. & A. LALLEMENT. Management passed to Pierre Lallement, and in 1973 the company joined the Club Trésors de Champagne. In the early 2000s the family baton was taken up by Jean Lallement, supported by his wife Virginie, who still run the business today.
Production philosophy
The approach focuses on respecting natural cycles and on considered, low-impact vineyard management; the stated aim is to showcase the terroirs and grape varieties through responsible farming practices.
Terroir and vineyards
The domaine is located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in the village of Verzy. The vineyards extend over two terroirs — Verzy and Sillery — both classified Grand Cru, on a chalky subsoil. The parcel structure comprises multiple plots with an average age of around 40 years, plus one older parcel planted in 1949.
