Gluten Free is clearly a swallowed high fermentation beer that was created with the aim of being able to satisfy even those who are intolerant to gluten while maintaining the taste and aroma of a traditional craft beer. A beer characterized by a very pleasant carbonation, slender body and fresh puff that make it easy to drink. At sight it shows a lively golden yellow color and a generous foam, with a fine and persistent white color. The bouquet is harmonious and inviting with a hint of honey and cereal notes, followed by pleasant herbaceous aromas given by hops. A drink with a fresh taste, non too full-bodied, sweet at the beginning but which then presents a pleasant and delicate bitterness and a fairly dry finish.

This gluten-free craft beer is well suited to any meal. Exceptional in combination with light first courses, white meats, boiled meats, fish dishes, soft cheeses and the traditional combination with pizza. The verve of its bubbles and the excellent liveliness make it very pleasant with tantalizing do-it-yourself aperitifs.
