The Puglia IGP Appassimento Johe from Tenuta Viglione is an intense and enveloping wine, an authentic expression of the Apulian territory. Produced mainly from dried grapes, it uses the traditional appassimento method to concentrate sugars and aromas, giving the wine a rich structure and a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness.

With a deep ruby red color, on the nose it opens with notes of ripe fruit, such as cherries and plums, accompanied by spicy hints and light nuances of vanilla. On the palate, the Johe is soft and full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a persistent finish that invites another sip.

Perfect paired with roasted meats, aged cheeses, or traditional Apulian dishes, this Appassimento is a sensory experience that tells the story of the warm lands of Puglia and the passion of Tenuta Viglione.
