The Amarone della Valpolicella Superiore DOC 2012 - Le Guaite di Noemi represents a refined and rich example of the winemaking tradition from Valpolicella. This wine is made following the strictest DOC methodologies using carefully selected grapes that are left to wither to intensify their natural aromas before fermentation. The result is a wine that showcases extraordinary complexity and a robust structure.

The 2012 vintage stands out for its elegance and aromatic intensity. On the nose, the Amarone della Valpolicella Superiore offers a complex bouquet with hints of ripe red fruits, plum, and spicy notes of tobacco and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is rich and velvety, with a well-integrated tannic texture and a long, persistent finish.

This wine is ideal for accompanying robust dishes, such as braised meats, stews, and aged cheeses. It is also an excellent meditation wine to be savored slowly, allowing each sip to reveal new nuances and depths. With remarkable aging potential, the Amarone della Valpolicella Superiore DOC 2012 - Le Guaite di Noemi can be enjoyed immediately or left to further mature in the cellar.
