The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Dry Millesimato MAGNUM La Primavera di Barbara from Merotto winery represents excellence in the panorama of Italian sparkling wines. Packaged in an impressive 1.5-liter MAGNUM format, this Prosecco is a prestigious choice for celebrating special occasions.

This wine celebrates the freshness and liveliness of Prosecco. It is made from Glera grapes grown on the sun-drenched slopes of the Valdobbiadene hills, an area famous for producing high-quality Prosecco, thanks to its unique microclimate and well-drained soils. The "Dry" version of this Prosecco offers a fascinating balance between delicate sweetness and vibrant acidity, making it perfect both as an aperitif and paired with light desserts.

The winemaking process follows strict quality standards. After a manual harvest, the grapes undergo a gentle pressing followed by a fermentation at controlled temperature. This preserves the fresh and fruity aromas typical of Glera. The second fermentation takes place using the Charmat Method, which maintains the characteristics of freshness and fragrance.

On the nose, the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Dry Millesimato reveals an aromatic bouquet of ripe fruit such as pear, peach, and floral touches of acacia and rose. On the palate, the texture is creamy with an extremely fine perlage that pleasantly tingles, leading to a persistent and refreshing finish.

La Primavera di Barbara is a tribute to the elegance and tradition of the Valdobbiadene territory, through the mastery of Merotto winery, which has been creating wines of exceptional quality and character for years. A true gem to be enjoyed on important occasions or given as a sign of esteem and appreciation.
