Vermentino di Gallura Sa Raina is produced by the Mancini winery, a solid reality in the Sardinian wine scene. A company born from the passion of its founder Piero Mancini, which today lives on thanks to the work and great passion of his wife Marisa and children.
A dry white wine produced from Vermentino grapes in purity, grown on soils with eluvial composition of granite rocks of Sardinia, the pride of Gallura all over the world. The vinification takes place in white, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
A wine that presents itself in the glass of a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, limpid. Intense fruity and citrus aromas arrive on the nose, mixed with lighter floral aromas and hints of aromatic herbs. The taste is warm and savory, but also fresh and of medium structure, with a rather persistent somewhat bitter aftertaste.
A satisfying sip perfect in combination with seafood first and second courses, white meats and fresh cheeses.
