Sella & Mosca is a winery that was born in Alghero, more than a hundred years ago, by two audacious Piedmontese who thought of calling it by their surnames, which is still the name of the company. The property includes 550 hectares of vineyards, of which 150 in Vermentino, a vine that has found its perfect territory on the island. The grapes to produce Cala Reale undergo a soft pressing, brief contact with the skins and fermentation at low temperature.
Straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections is the color that shows when poured. The bouquet is full of pleasant fruity sensations of pineapple and orange blossom, with a slight hint of scented limoncella apple. The taste is faithfully reflected in the olfactory profile, a simple but elegant perception, with a deliciously soft and savory finish.
It is recommended to combine it with marinated dishes.
