The discount is automatically applied to the Cart.With a deep straw yellow color and an intense fruity scent of white peach, blended with aromatic hints of sage and floral aromas of white flowers and incense, which frame an intoxicating bouquet on the nose, Balbinvs is the tribute to Vermentino labeled Terenzi.
A vine capable of evolving over time, Balbinvs is in fact born from a part of the older vineyards, together with a refinement in ceramic and steel, giving rise to a new story to tell. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C without skins for 12-15 days. Refinement takes place in steel and 400 liter ceramic eggs.
When tasted it shows a good body, a sip supported by a vital acidity, which enhances the floral and fruity spectrum of the grape. An energetic and extraordinarily persistent drink that at the table si goes perfectly with various courses based on fish, seafood, shellfish soups, sushi and first courses with delicate sauces based on vegetables and white meats. An exceptional wine that will conquer the palates even for long aperitifs in company.
